Putting unfamiliar dogs together well is a skill, and it is most of what I do. I have been doing it since 2015, and in that time I have learned to read the small signals that tell you which dogs will settle with each other and which ones need something different. That is the difference between a holiday and a fortnight of stress.
Why the early birds get the spots. 🦜
This is a house, not a facility, so there are only ever a few spots. My regulars book their whole year in January and February, which means Christmas, Easter and the school holidays are often gone before most people have started thinking about them.
If your dates are set, tell me now. A year ahead is not too early. If they are not set yet, ask anyway, plans change and cancellations come up more often than you would expect.
The part I would rather avoid is telling you in November that December is full.
